I have been a fan of Caden Lane for awhile because of the superb quality of their products. I am now an even bigger fan because of their customer service. When I did not receive my order-most likely a USPS error, it was quickly corrected by CL and a new product sent out right away. I had my new order within a week.

Ely at Caden Lane was wonderful! I wanted to order a personalized swaddle blanket in a pattern that I could not find on the website. Ely was so responsive and worked with me to find the pattern and font that I was looking for. Great customer service!

My outfit came with a bit of a color difference and I reached out to the customer service department and my concern regarding the color was immediately addressed. Caitlin showed concern and address my issues right away. I love all the products at Caden Lane and nothing is better than when you have a problem that it gets handled. Customer service is great! Products are great!! I love the personalized swaddles! I originally just purchased for the cute pictures, but the fabric and quality made it our most favorite and functional swaddle. It’s very stretchy so it’s our favorite for swaddling.

I have ordered a few items from Caden Lane. Always receive orders in a timely fashion, even with Christmas rush! I three days ago and realized I forgot to use my savings code. Emailed them and Caitlin emailed back within 24 hours. Today my account was credited. Will continue to order these darling baby jammies until my grands are too old!!

I received my items and I absolutely loved them. However one of my items was forgotten. I reached out to them and they promptly responded and got my item shipped out to me right away. They were very helpful and supportive.

Terrible customer service. No notification when an item cannot ship as promised. No phone number to call and no one responds to email!
I will never order again from this company!
